Our home base is located in Greenfield MA, with satellite clinic offices in Longmeadow, Lee and Fitchburg, MA. We staff many clinics and also do home visits and travel throughout Central and Western Massachusetts, Cape Cod and Northern Connecticut.
There are a variety of ways to access our services:
- Private pay Home visits can be scheduled by calling 413-367-8369 or emailing contact@footcarebynurses.net – no referral needed.
- We contract through Aging Services of North Central Mass (ASNCM), Elder Services of Berkshire County (ESBCI), Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands (ESCCI), Highland Valley Elder Services (HVES), LifePath, Tri-Valley Elder Services and Access Care formally WestMass ElderCare. If you are under their care please ask your caseworker for a referral. If your Aging Service Access Provider (ASAP) isn’t listed here, give us a call at 413-367-8369. We are expanding rapidly!
- We offer regular Field Clinics at Senior Centers, Councils on Aging, and other venues around Western Massachusetts. Appointments at senior centers and councils on aging are made directly through those programs.
- Currently, our certified foot care nurses can be found in Conway, South County, Holyoke, North Adams, Rowe, Greenfield, Shelburne, Rockridge, Leverett, Wendell, Southwick, Otis, Middlefield, Sterling, Princeton, Western MA hospital, Ellington, Manchester, Enfield, Bolton, Vernon, South Windsor, Toland, Somers and the Soldiers Home in Holyoke.We are growing to meet the needs of seniors.
